Here at Tremorvah we have several rooms for
hire should you require a meeting/ demonstration room. We take
private external bookings as well as from Council Departments.
Our rooms benefit from:
- Disability access (wide doors/ stairlifts/
lifts suitable for wheelchairs)
- Separate men’s & women’s disabled toilets
on both floors

For attendees there are three lunch vans that
visit Tremorvah between 11:00 – 13:00. Please let reception know by
10am if you would like to be prompted when the lunch vans have
There are 2 car parks at Tremorvah, one is for
Staff and Visitors and the other is Customer Parking for Showroom
visitors only. Please could you advise all attendees to use the car
park to the left of the building. There are limited spaces so we
would advise car sharing if possible, if no spaces are available
then attendees will need to park on the road.
A minimum of 2 working days notice to be given
to cancel a booking, if a booking is cancelled with less than 2
working days notice the full booking fee will still apply.
The training facility should be left in the
same condition as it is found at the start of the session, please
notify staff of any issues at the beginning of the session as
charges will apply for damaged or missing equipment i.e.
projectors, screens, flip charts and remotes. The charge will vary
depending on the severity of the damage and or soiling.

The largest of our rooms, this room offers a
large space with several large tables in the middle which can be
moved should you require a large demonstration space or set up
theatre style. Can accommodate 30 people seated or 35 standing. The
room also has an overhead projector, pull down screen and is linked
to a laptop and a flip chart can be provided.
Our unique SMART House facility has two parts,
the first is a medium sized meeting room which can accommodate 12
people seated around a central table, please note a flip chart can
be provided however there is no computer/ projector facility.
The second part is a mock house with four
rooms laid out displaying mobility equipment around the home which
can be used for training and demonstrations, including assistive
technology and hoists.
Sensory Meeting Room:
Our smallest meeting room allocated on the
1st floor adjoining our Sensory Room can accommodate up
to 10 people seated around a central table. A flip chart can be
provided however there is no computer/ projector facility.
