Conference facilities
Here at Tremorvah we have several rooms for
hire should you require a meeting/ demonstration room. We take
private external bookings as well as from Council Departments.

lifts suitable for wheelchairs)
- Separate men’s & women’s disabled toilets
on both floors
- Disabled friendly parking at the front of the
property

Training room:
The largest of our rooms, this room offers a
large space with several large tables in the middle which can be
moved should you require a large demonstration space or set up
theatre style. Can accommodate 30 people seated or 35 standing. The
room also has an overhead projector, pull down screen and is linked
to a laptop and a flip chart can be provided.

SMART House:
Our unique SMART House facility has two parts,
the first is a medium sized meeting room which can accommodate 12
people seated around a central table, please note a flip chart can
be provided however there is no computer/ projector facility.
The second part is a mock house with four
rooms laid out displaying mobility equipment around the home which
can be used for training and demonstrations, including assistive
technology and hoists.

Sensory Meeting Room:
Our smallest meeting room allocated on the
1st floor adjoining our Sensory Room can accommodate up
to 10 people seated around a central table. A flip chart can be
provided however there is no computer/ projector facility.

Hire Conditions
*Hire costs included the provision of teas and
coffees (not biscuits)by Tremorvah Industries.
*Should you wish to provide lunch for an all
day booking please make your own catering arrangements.
Cancellation: please note we require a minimum
of 48hrs notice to cancel a booking, less than 48hrs and the
booking fee will still apply.
Soiling Charge: please note we request the
rooms be left in an orderly fashion especially when using
equipment. Should any room not be left in an orderly fashion a
soiling charge will apply, booking fee plus 50% or plus 100% if
severe as per the management.
Payment: We are happy to take payment via
debit/ credit card/ cheque or we can invoice.
