Delivery Times
Stock items available in our showroom may be collected at the time of purchase.  Those items not in stock or purchased over the phone by creditcard or by mail-order will, in most cases be delivered within 14 days (many within 5 days). However, some specialist items are produced to order. Therefore, it is advisable for you to contact us before placing your order so that we can give you an approximate delivery date.

UK delivery options
There is a standard charge of £5.00 postage & packing on small orders within the UK.  Handling of larger items such as Bathlifts may incur an additional cost.

However there will be an additional delivery charge for all UK orders in the Channel Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox).
